This concierge service travels to New Bedford, Dartmouth, Rochester, Mattapoisett, Marion, and more (Just call). If you prefer, we do have a location at 922 Kempton St, NB. We provide one on one visits, as well as parties. Our company prides itself on supporting you to meet your aesthetic goals.

Individualized Patient Care

At Fountain of Youth Med Spa, our goal is to individualize patient care and needs. We provide neurotoxins and fillers to a multitude of areas.

The med spa practice is covered by Joseph Russo a Board- certified and Harvard- trained Plastic Surgeon. He has spent the last 25 years in a private practice outside of Boston, MA.

Mackenzie Shurtleff is registered nurse with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, that works full time in an Intensive care unit. She became a professional certified aesthetic nurse injector through aesthetic mentor training in Waltham, MA. She started Fountain of Youth Med Spa after seeing how many people were unhappy with their appearance. She felt it was time to do something about it and she believes you should never feel unhappy in your own skin.
